Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Elisa founded VIBE Hot Yoga & Pilates to create a transformative space in her community, emphasizing movement, balance, and mindfulness. With over 500 hours of training, her vibrant approach helps students achieve balance and vitality through a blend of traditional and modern yoga techniques, promoting overall well-being.

Combining her passion for yoga and travel, Elisa leads international retreats that explore both the external world and inner self. These retreats offer a holistic experience with daily yoga practice and wellness discussions in stunning locations, fostering connections with nature and fellow participants. Elisa ensures a supportive environment where all participants, regardless of experience, feel welcomed and empowered.
