Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the school know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

About organizer

I've been teaching Yoga and meditation for fourteen years and practicing for thirty. Welcoming to all...whether you have an established practice or are new. In addition to my teaching, I am a published songwriter and musician ...so music plays an important part of my classes.

Introduction

We'll practice in the morning and early evening for seventy five minutes; very relaxed and open to all; my last Amorgos retreat was sublime - this really is the place to practice Yoga; very much emphasis on meditation and breath work

Program

Outside of the two classes, we very much take it as it comes. ...the beaches and hotel and, most of all, the light on Amorgos surpass any need to plan too much here. Many hikes and activities are available at very short notice.
