Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Daniela Novati: With over 25 years of experience, Daniela brings depth, care, and anatomical expertise to every class. Her teaching blends Hatha Yoga tradition with mindful movement and alignment, creating a grounded and transformative experience for students of all levels.

Severine Sekula: Known for her warm presence and intuitive teaching style, Severine guides students through practices that restore balance, inner calm, and self-awareness. Her classes offer a gentle yet powerful space to reconnect — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Introduction

Guests enjoy access to seven fully equipped yoga shalas, including indoor and rooftop spaces with panoramic sea and mountain views. The Lalon Idor Spa features a seawater pool, hammam, sauna, and a full range of treatments — making it the perfect setting to reset, recharge, and reconnect.
