Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Introduction

During the seven days yoga retreat we will guide you through various practices that will deeply nourish your body and soul and bring you into deeper alignment with the rhythms of nature. You will also have plenty of time to relax at the spa, which includes an indoor saltwater pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, and fitness center. We will explore the Island for a day with a guided tour of villages, and ancient monasteries. Bask in the sun at Mouros, one of the island's most famous beaches with crystal clear, turquoise waters and astonishing rock-cave formations, perfect for swimming and exploring.

Let’s not forget about the food. EAT, savor and treat your body to locally-sourced Greek food and organic produce straight from the garden. Begin your self-love from the INSIDE out. And perhaps the best part of all, establish lasting bonds and create friendships with yogis from all over the world.
