Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the school know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

About organizer

Alex and Harley have been leading Yoga Manifestation Retreats in Costa Rica since 2019. Their goal is to use the wisdom of Yoga to help the retreat participants manifest their healthiest and happiest lives, yet.

Both Alex and Harley are 500-RYT certified Yoga and Meditation teachers who have been teaching physical and mental health practices for over 7 years. Their classes are accessible to everyone, with options both for beginners and advanced practitioners. They teach Hatha Vinyasa style classes as well as Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation practices.

Through their retreats, they have helped dozens of individuals get clearer on their goals in life and on how to achieve them. With a well-thought blend of Yoga, Meditation, Self-Development, Journaling practices and fun activities and experiences, their students go back to their routines with a clear action plan to masterfully manifest the life of health and happiness they deserve.
