Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. About organizer

Practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for the last 20 years, yoga has become an embodied part of my life and is a lifestyle and job that is constantly rewarding in every aspect of my life. Having given more than 30 yoga-retreats over the last 15 years as well as teaching both 200-hour teacher trainings and advanced Vinyasa trainings- I get to meet wonderful people and students everyday, which is a ongoing process of learning for me as well and I am so grateful for that.
On weekly basis I teach both Vinyasa classes and Restorative with the amazing Backmitra tool.

Introduction

Wake up to the sound of the sea with the most beautiful view to the magic Amorgian ocean.
We are starting the day with an invigorating Vinyasa practice that will both strengthen and mobilise the body and awaken our awareness and senses so that we can enjoy and explore the beauty of Aegialis spa hotel and Amorgos to the fullest. Enjoy the day at the beach, or by the pool or maybe in the spa section or in a taverna in the gorgeous village of Aegiali.
In the evening, before sharing a delicious dinner together, we meet for therapeutic Restorative Yoga with Backmitra, that will release any tensions and calm the nervous system totally.
