Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

About organizer

Jaime is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified Master Sound Healer, & Reiki Master. She founded her business in 2023 with the intent to help people find their soul’s purpose through movement, mindfulness and sound healings. Jaime has well over 1,500 hours of related training and has taught thousands of students. Jaime offers in-person yoga and sound healing sessions in Maryland , domestic and international retreats, and a 100-hour sound healing certification offering a comprehensive study of sound healing, meditation, & business. Her programs combine her knowledge of movement, meditation, and energetics for a truly transformational experience.

Introduction

Aegialis Hotel & Spa will be our beautiful home away from home for this greek adventure with FloYo Travels. Come together with like-minded travelers for vinyasa yoga, meditation, sound healing and restorative practices. Each day will bring new adventures including Greek cooking classes, dance lessons, dips in the Aegean Sea and plenty of opportunities to discover the beauty of Greece.
