Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Anne Howard is a respected yoga teacher known for her authentic presence and deep mastery of tradition. With warmth and clarity, she creates transformative spaces where breath, movement, and stillness awaken renewal and connection.

Each day, we’ll practice yoga in breathtaking settings—sunlit terraces, sea-kissed horizons, and quiet sanctuaries—guided by Anne Howard, whose teachings are infused with lineage, light, and loving precision.
