Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Jen is the owner of Flight Room Aerial Yoga & Fitness, with four thriving aerial yoga studios in Seattle. Flight Room has led transformative international retreats everywhere from right here at Aegialis to Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Bali and more. With numerous yoga and fitness certifications and almost a decade of experience teaching and mentoring students, Jen creates welcoming, empowering spaces where people of all backgrounds can discover the joy of aerial movement.
