Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Meet Dyan Tsiumis a NYC-based trainer for over 20 years. Dyan is a yoga teacher, strength coach, and Tibetan sound healer, Dyan Tsiumis has kept off a 90-pound weight loss for over 20 years and her mission is simple yet powerful: to help people find joy in movement and build community through love, fitness, and shared experience.

This summer, join Dyan in her family’s homeland for an unforgettable retreat in Greece—where daily practices, soulful sound sessions, and the magic of the islands come together to transform body, mind, and spirit.
