Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the school know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

About organizer

Kelsey is a 200 ERYT who leads yoga and adventure retreats full time! She has led 12 yoga & adventure retreats in the last four years. She lives in Charleston, South Carolina and while not in the yoga studio can be found hiking, backpacking, mountaineering, and exploring as much of this world as she can! Her purpose it to help you connect to your most wild and authentic self, while healing and growing in a supportive and challenging community.

Introduction

Join us for 8 days and 7 nights on Amorgos Island in Greece! Reclaim your most wild and authentic self through movement, community, connection, and adventure. Each Get Wild Retreat is balanced with planned group activities, yoga, journaling, and free time for yourself. This retreat is welcome to all yogis, whether this is your first class ever, or you have been practicing for 10 years.
