Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Ayurvedic Health Practitioner (750-hr), Ayurveda Yoga Specialist (150-hr), Yoga Instructor (E-RYT, 750+ hours), Heart Based Meditation Teacher (350-hr), Thai Yoga (150-hr), Reiki II Practitioner. Katie also owns and operates Dragonfly Yoga Barn, Studio & Retreat and Dragonfly Yoga & Ayurveda Yoga Teacher Training, RYS 200 & 300/500, has over 16,000 hours of yoga teaching experience, and leads Ayurveda & Yoga retreats all over the world.
