Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

About organizer

I am a London born Yoga teacher who has been practicing for thirty years and teaching for fourteen. My Yoga journey has taken me to Kundalini Yoga and meditation which I have been teaching for eight years now.
In addition to my teaching practice, I am a voice actor and write music.
The focus , in my classes, is on guiding my students through the Kriyas or sets of exercises so that they might reach the deep relaxation and full sense of presence that this practice delivers so beautifully. ALL are welcome, regardless of the length of practice.

Introduction

This is my third Yoga holiday here at Aegialis and the light and energy on Amorgos is perfect for this powerful experience. We have fun and enjoy the supportive environment of the classes and each other. We practice twice a day but it is not strict in the sense of if you are tired and need to rest alone, then that is always an option.

Program

I do not believe in too much planning for my retreats. We practice twice a day and then can partake in, or not, any other activities as we decide on the day
