Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the school know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Shelly fell in love with yoga when she found it was a mix of choreography, strength, flexibility, challenge, heat, music and healing. She was thrilled to find yoga give both a physical and mental transformation. The journey of practicing and teaching Yoga absolutely changed her. Shell empowers students in every class to channel gratitude, love and light. She has been teaching since 2012. Shelly is a certified instructor of: Vinyasa, Hot Fusion, Yoga Sculpt, Barre, Yin, Nidra, Barre & Reiki.

Shell loves the Be Yoga Burien community and has been an active leader in organizing community events, Inversion Workshops, Sound Healing Workshops and Partner Yoga/Hands-on-Assists Workshops. You will leave her class feeling relieved, empowered and uplifited. Away from her mat, you can find Shelly serving in Columbia City, seeking the best new restaurant, making a playlist, at the dog park, hiking, drinking coffee, or camping on the coast.

Join Shelly for a week of yoga, relaxation, and adventure. Immerse yourself in the beauty and culture of Greece to unplug and reconnect with yourself.
Enjoy both active morning yoga classes to get your energy moving and restorative evening classes supporting a night of restful sleep. Group adventures are available to immerse yourself in the rich culture, history, and beauty of the island.

Enjoy the activities or take advantage of free time to luxuriate at the pool or beach, walk to town and other scenic views, and make new connections. Your yoga teacher Shelly will design every yoga class and experience with each participant in mind. You will receive daily yoga classes, some yin (restorative style) and some yang style (challenging Vinyasa with elements of Barre/Sculpt moves). You will also be gifted one Inversion Workshop and one one Partner Yoga Workshop. These practices result in increased freedom, strength, and an overall sense of vitality, peace, and joy. Integrate new learnings into your week to deepen your practice and understanding. No yoga experience is necessary.

Your amazing Rejuvenate Yoga Retreat Itinerary is being planned and will be available soon! Get ready for daily yoga 2x and daily optional adventures. The retreat is short intentionally to give you another day or hopefully many to enjoy another Greek island or day of vacation as it is a deep commitment to travel to Amorgos!
