Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. Eric Paskel is the founder of The Emotional Empowerment Movement (emotionalempowerment.com) and has devoted 34 years of his life to understanding how human beings can rise above their dysfunctional tendencies and control their emotions instead of being controlled by them.
As part of that life mission, Eric has earned a masters degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage, Family, and Child therapist. In addition to his therapy practice, Eric went on to start a successful chain of Yoga studios and continues to teach Yoga both on the mat and off, helping thousands practice Yoga not just for their bodies but for their entire lives. He has written three books and has led countless life training seminars across the globe.

Rina Jakubowicz, founder of Rina Yoga (rinayoga.com) and Super Yogis, is known for her vibrant and uplifting approach for students of all ages. She has been teaching yoga and life consulting in English and Spanish for over 20 years and has been a featured presenter at Wanderlust Festivals, Yoga Journal Conferences, Kripalu Center, Himalayan Institute, Omega Institute, Yogaville, Sedona Yoga Festival, Telluride Yoga Festival and Mammoth Yoga Festival. Rina is the best selling author of “The Yoga Mind: 52 Essential Principles of Yoga Philosophy to Deepen Your Practice” with over 20K copies sold worldwide and has an international following in the U.S., Chile, Puerto Rico, Mexico, South Korea and Andorra. Rina’s yoga videos are found on Headspace, Fabletics, Gaia TV, Yoga Journal Online, Yogisanonymous.com and Udaya, and she is the yoga expert on Univision’s Tu Desayuno Alegre. She has twice appeared on the cover of Yoga Journal in the US and in Spain, and has been featured in Yoga Journal Russia. The adventure begins in Athens where we will spend 3 nights exploring the beauty of this ancient city, acclimating and ensuring that we are fully refreshed and ready to journey to the only 5-star hotel on Amorgos Island.

Pricing includes deluxe double occupancy accommodations at the breathtaking Aegialis Hotel. Limited single occupancy and room upgrades available at extra cost.

Program

We begin our adventure spending 3 nights in Athens where we will have time to acclimate, rest, and explore the city.

Then we be transported to Amorgos (via domestic air and ferry) where we will spend a full week of retreat. During this week, there will be two daily yoga sessions, philosophy discussion, experiential exercises, ample opportunity to adventure and explore, plus much more!

We will arrange return to Athens for you to continue your travels or return home.
