Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the school know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

About organizer

Celia is an Advanced Therapeutic Practitioner, Instructor Manager and Master Trainer with a 1000+ hours of training in Pilates, Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. She has trained with leaders in the wellness industry such as Erika Bloom, Noah Maze and David Nichtern. She has taught classes for and collaborated with major brands and venues like the Ace Hotel, Coachella Music Festival, Yogaworks, Acqua Panna, Outdoor Voices and FabFitFun. Celia currently splitting her time between NYC and Greece.

THE PRACTICE

We will gather twice a day to move, stretch and strengthen our bodies and quiet our minds. Each class will feature a perfect blend of fluid, mindful movement and moments of stillness, inspired by pilates, yoga, dance and meditation. In the morning, expect an accessible yet challenging practice, where emphasis is placed on proper alignment and form. You will strengthen your body, elevate your heart rate, improve your mobility and feel more mentally and physically balanced. Our evening practice we feature slower, more restorative movement and breathing techniques, to help calm the nervous system and invoke deep relaxation.
