Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. Loren Lotus
Your host Loren Lotus has hosted over 25 retreats around the world with Lotus Retreats! She's a passionate yogi, facilitator and event organizer who puts her entire heart and soul into curating spaces for community to gather. Loren will be sharing daily Yoga classes to get into our bodies, clear energy and make space for new wisdom to be shared. She is also an avid Kirtan singer and will be sharing the medicine of music, movement & meditation throughout the week.

Rachel Ocean
Rachel is a global citizen born in Japan and raised across Europe and North America with a deep love for consciousness exploration, nature, and bringing people together. With this passion for cultivating connection, she has hosted retreats all across the US and in her current home in the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica. She is a passionate yogi and certified 500hr Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, learning from Himalayan Masters in the Yoga Capital of the world- Rishikesh, India. She loves guiding beginners and seasoned yoga students back home to their center.

Deepen your Yoga practice overlooking the Aegean Sea, with daily yoga classes, workshops and meditations in the birthplace of ancient mythology & philosophy.

Classes and workshops are offered for all levels for a deeper understanding of Self, Realization & Empowering exercises to fully embody a Self-Realization & Empowerment Retreat week. In addition to daily Yoga classes and workshops, your week on Amorgos will be filled with dips in the sea, historical excursions to ancient Greek sites, optional hikes, wine tasting & and arguably the most beautiful Mediterranean sea sunsets.

Optional excursions include guided hikes through ancient Aegiali villages, a visit to an ancient monument built into the side of the mountain, wine tasting or a day trip on a tender boat to a private island nearby.
