Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Leading Yoga classes and retreats all over the world has been my life's mission.. As part of my purpose to serve.

Based in New England, USA I was introduced to yoga and meditation as a child. I learned to sit and focus on the joy of being present. Maintaining my daily practice over the years and through different stages and phases of life…can always bring me back to gratitude.

After completing my 200-hour Vinyasa teacher certification with Frog Lotus Yoga International in Bali, Indonesia in 2014, I have continued to train and teach alongside some of the best instructors in the world. I completed Childlight teacher training OM births prenatal yoga, and may more facets and lineages. I returned to Bali in April 2018 to complete my 500-hour training, and have been traveling the world since. Working with Deva Premal and Miten and Krishna Das in Costa Rica in 2021 have been 2 life changing experiences. I encourage students of ALL levels to join my classes and retreats
