Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Introduction

Journey into the "Big Blue" is a yoga retreat to nourish your body, mind, and spirit in every way! Your eyes will never grow tired of looking out over the endless cobalt blue sea while you practice yoga, enjoy amazing organic meals, luxuriate in our 5-star resort with saltwater pools and hamman spa, gorgeous vistas and ample time to practice yoga, swim in the Aegean, adventure to sacred sites, hike to local villages, rest, read, dine, play, and just be.

Included in your retreat!
🇬🇷 8 days and 7 nights at Aegialis Hotel & Spa, Amorgos Island, overlooking the Aegean Sea

🇬🇷 Twice daily yoga: morning Flow and afternoon/evening Yin, Restorative, or Yoga Nidra

🇬🇷 2 meals per day (Breakfast, Dinner)

🇬🇷 Unlimited use the gorgeous spa facilities: sauna, Hammam, jacuzzi, indoor saltwater swimming pool, and fitness center

🇬🇷 A curated tour of the island's sacred sites, including the famous Monastery of Hozoviotissa, the church of Agia Anna, and a visit to the ancient village of Chora!
