Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Together, we’ll immerse ourselves in the breathtaking beauty of Amorgos—hiking to an ancient monastery for a soul-stirring meditation, soaking in the healing waters of the Aegean, and indulging in luxurious spa treatments that nourish the body and spirit. As the sun sets, we’ll gather for deeply restorative Yoga Nidra sessions, allowing complete relaxation and integration of your transformation. Every moment is designed to awaken your confidence, renew your energy, and leave you feeling deeply connected to yourself.

Our time together culminates in a joyful farewell dance party at a traditional Greek restaurant, celebrating the power and confidence you’ve awakened within.
