Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Shelley (she/her/hers) is the ATLien with a global vision. As the visionary founder of Dancing Dogs Yoga, DDY Yoga School, and DDY Travels, she's shaped yoga leaders worldwide. Shelley's a certified Ayurvedic guru from the Chopra Center and the mastermind behind DDY Travels, curating wellness adventures across the map.

From ACLU volunteer to leading the ACLU of Georgia's Legal Observer Program, Shelley's an activist making change happen. When she's not globe-trotting or defending democracy, you'll find her in historic Reynoldstown, Atlanta, sipping coffee, savoring pickles, and exploring the Beltline.
