Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Welcome to the most beautiful yoga place in the world! Listen to sound of the sea with amazing view to the magic sea.
Start the day with a dynamic practice, enjoy the beauty of Aegialis spa hotel and explore Amorgos.. Spend the day at the beach, or by the pool or in a taverna in
a small village not far from the hotel.
In the evening, before a delicious dinner, we meet for a soft and calming practice. Get inspired by communication and yoga!
